Our customized programs encompass component sourcing, quality control testing, engineering, kitting, subassembly, supplier management, and more.
The Account Manager (AM) is a critical, forward-facing role. The AM is the primary point of contact between our customers daily. The AM should focus on relationship management as a tool to ensure our customers consider us trusted partners that they cannot function without. In addition, the AM should engage with our customers to help drive new project opportunities and promote the long-term growth.
