We are looking for an Accounting Manager who ideally has NetSuite experience to join our team and help our organization manage and maintain a healthy financial accounting system. This position reports to our Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting department.

Position Overview: The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the accuracy of our financials in our NetSuite system and ensure that our financial records are up-to-date and accurate. This includes account reconciliation, cash management, credit card and other transaction management, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and other relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including AP/AR, cash, and credit card transactions.
Oversee and reconcile the companies balance sheet accounts.
Analyze financial statements and trends and present findings to management.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and GAAP practices.
Provide financial support to other departments within the organization.
Develop and implement internal controls and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
3+ years of experience in accounting.
Proficient in NetSuite and/or Sage Intacct.
Strong understanding of GAAP and AP/AR.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
