Title: Event Producer
Location: North Hollywood (ONSITE) Monday - Thursday with WFH on Fridays
Salary: Up to $90k + bonus, benefits, etc.
Position Purpose
As an Event Producer, you will be key in delivering our promise of providing truly immersive and memorable event experience whether virtual or in person live events.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the event production including logistics, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing the management of each event assigned to you.
You need to understand the current trends in events and stay on top of those to help keep our offerings current and exciting to clients.
You're a planner, organized, levelheaded leader with expertise in the production of B2B and B2C events, exhibits, and experiences and bringing them to life.
You are a proactive thinker and doer and help lead and work with various individuals and teams.
Most importantly, you are a hands-on team player who can also work independently. You are an integral part of a team that is responsible for the success of our brand and company.

Help manage the research, creation, and format of proposals.
Must work quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly to ensure that all production deadlines are met.
Collaborate with creative team to develop event design.

Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop
Must have exceptional organizational and customer service skills.
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
