Position Overview:

Are you an experienced Family Law Attorney passionate about guiding clients through complex family law matters? We offer an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and balanced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal counsel on family law matters, including divorce, prenuptial agreements, adoptions, and child custody.
Draft and prepare legal documents such as contracts, agreements, wills, and court filings.
Conduct thorough legal research and prepare well-founded legal opinions.
Represent clients in court, advocating on their behalf with professionalism and expertise.
Negotiate settlements, ensuring fair and favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Experience practicing family law
In-depth knowledge of state and federal laws related to family law.
Active professional license to practice law in California
