Job Title: Business Litigation & Transactional Attorney
Job Location: Wichita, KS (on site)
Salary: $100K-$140K/year + performance bonuses
Requirements: JD, Litigation, Business Law
- Work with our clients, made up of small and medium sized business owners, to make smart business decisions, draft LLC docs, draft customer or employee contracts, review vendor contracts and business sale agreements, breach of contract matters and commercial collections
- Provide legal advice and representation in transactional matters and litigation
- Attend court hearings
- Juris Doctorate degree with bar admission in KS
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- 2+ years of business law experience preferred
- Strong client communication skills
