What you will be doing:
Oversee all accounting operations (monthly, quarterly & annual reporting)
Timely Tax Planning
Prepare Company for intital public offering
Manage Company equity compensataion plan
Manage HR functions, recruiting, Employee Immigration
Oversee IT operations, emphasis on security
Government and Regularory reporting
An ideal candidate will have:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
CPA or MBA a BIG PLUS
15+ years of progressive experience including leadership building high performance teams
Experience within the lifesciences, medical device or hi-tech manufacturing arena
Strong US GAAP accounting principles
SEC reporting, including S-1 filing
Investor relations and capital raise
Proficient ERP systems
Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
High ethical standards of conduct and business
Strong work ethic and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
