Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Project Engineer to oversee and manage land development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee land development projects from inception to completion
Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations
Prepare detailed engineering designs and plans using Civil 3D software
Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the civil engineering sector
Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant design software
Strong understanding of land development processes
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus
