We are an established and expanding wealth management firm in Pennsylvania looking for a Senior Associate and or Private Client Services, to be a part of driving the success of our clients nationwide and helping advisory teams in all aspects of wealth management.
- Cultivating and enhance new and existing relationships with active communication with clients, processing client requests, and resolving inquiries.
- Preparing for client meetings by collecting financial information, completing various financial analysis, and creating presentation materials for meetings.
- Coordinating the deployment of investments for client allocations and portfolio rebalances to include executing and reconciling trades as directed by Senior Wealth Managers.
- Maintaining and tracking prospect and client engagement in the relationship management system.
- Be the SME for all client service-related processes and systems and promote best practices for junior team members.
- Series 63, Series 7, Series 65 are not required but a huge plus.
- Previous experience at an RIA or bank.
- Previous Customer Service Experience
-Bachelors degree.
-Minimum of 3 years serving wealth management clients or other relevant industry experience.
Salary Range $55K-$70K (DOE) + Bonus
