What You Will Be Doing
Senior Estimator Level 2 has some authority for the decision-making, staffing, and budget for the estimator's functional area of responsibility, subject to approval regarding the most significant business and policy issues by the Principal Estimator and Chief Estimator. The incumbent has some decision-making authority in consultation with the Principal Estimator over the estimator's functional area of responsibility within well-defined, somewhat diversified procedures and precedents. Provides input into overall strategy and approach under the auspices of the Principal Estimator and Chief Estimator.
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Construction or Project Management
- 10+ years of related experience (8 years of Management/Supervisory experience in a large, multi-faceted organization
- Certified Professional Estimator - ASPE; or Associate Estimating Professional Certification desirable.
- Proficiency in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis.
- Computer skills
