Job Title: Construction Manager - Single Family Homes
Location: Sarasota, FL - Building locations are in Parrish and Venice, FL
Compensation: $85k - $115k base (DOE) + $1,000+ per finished home - 401k match to 6%
Requirement: 4+ years of Construction Manager Experience building Single Family Homes (Production Homebuilder)

- Ensure homes are complete without any outstanding identified deficiencies and conduct orientations with customers.
- Schedule, manage and adhere to all local and state inspections and building codes.
- Manage the overall community (or communities) home construction schedule to ensure the timely completion of houses in a quality manner.
- Manage and schedule trade partners while continually monitoring and enforcing safety, quality, and cost standards.
- Use scheduling software to prescribe and update accurate schedules daily.
- Review homes and the completed work by subcontractors daily. Determine the status per production schedule to ensure readiness for the next trade partner.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work site that meets Neal standards and is visually appealing.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with a production homebuilder
- Construction Management and/or Engineering Degree or related field experience
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible, collaborative and a team player
- A positive attitude to mentor and motivate the project team
This position offers an incredibly competitive salary that ranges from $85,000 to $115,000 annually. There are also potential commissions, bonuses, and additional perks that come with the position.
