Position Overview:

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager (PM) to join our team. The individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing the construction of commercial refrigeration projects, from initial planning through to completion. The Construction PM will also be responsible for conducting annual reviews and tracking progress throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed plans and strategies for the successful completion of each refrigeration project.
Manage and oversee the entire construction process, from planning to completion.
Communicate with various stakeholders and ensure that all involved parties are kept up to date on project progress.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
Organize and track project progress in MS Office.
Conduct annual reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
3+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in refrigeration.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient with MS Office and other related software.
Strong understanding of construction safety regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
