Who You Are:
8+ Years of Project Management Experience with Florida General Construction Company(s)
Experience with Tilt-Up Construction
Experience in Commercial, Industrial, and Office markets
Experience handling projects 100% independently of a team setting
Fluent in English required
Fluent in Spanish preferred, but, not required
Long-term company commitment is a plus
What You Will Be Doing?
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from inception to completion
Prepare and maintain project schedule
Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontracts
Monitor project costs and identify areas for improvement
