We are an etsablished general contractor in Monterary County, CA that works on ground up and rennovation projects ranging from $1M-$40M in size. We've got a small company culture and proud ourselves in delivery high-quality and efficient results of our clients.

Most of our projects are heavily based in Monteray County and currently, we're looking for a Project Manager who can also Estimate projects. This is a dual PM/Estimating role and the position is primarily based in the office but also requries time spent out in the field.

What You Need for this Position

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field; or an equal amount of professional experience
3+ years of GC Project Management experience
Ground up and remodeling GC construction experience
Experience with these types of projects: industrial, healthcare, multi-family, public/private education, hospitality
Microsoft Projects experience for scheduling
Fieldwire or ProCore experience
Estimating/Budgeting experience with Excel
Strong attention to detail
Experience meeting with clients & attending bid meetings
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Valid Driver's License in Good Standing
