You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and direct supervision of Federal construction projects, and work with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the project remains on schedule within allocated budget. The Superintendent regularly supervises work of employees and subcontractors, inspects and verifies work in progress, strictly enforces compliance with safety procedures, and is responsible for on-site liaisons with owners and owners representatives.
8+ years' experience as a Superintendent or similar role
OSHA 30 Required
EM385 1-1 40 HR Required
NAVFAC CQMC Certified Required
HVAC project experience preferred
Travel to job sites nationally
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
