We are looking for a General Manager with C-Level or high level Leadership experience to join and lead our Construction team and projects. We are an established and Growing GC in the Melbourne, FL area. We are an established Commercial company in the area and are looking for someone to .

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing large decisions and processes to forward the company. You will oversee daily operations ad solve problems and business strategy for the company.

What You Need for this Position

We are seeking a General Manager with more than 5 years of experience in making C-Level decision/large scale decisions. The successful candidate should have multiple years managing multiple teams, divisions, personnel.

This person will be setting the roadmap for the company and overseeing daily operations. Relevant experience is overseeing a company or multiple divisions is necessary for success in the position.
