We are located in northern Dallas, TX area and we are a large distribution company with over 1,000 employees nationwide. We have proudly been in business for 15+ years and we have become one of the most reputable/trusted brands in our space.
We are in the process of several mergers and acquisitions, and looking for a financial leader who can help us through the M&A process. This person with lead the integration of acquisition projects as well as due diligence and negotiation. You will need to be comfortable analyzing financial statements and developing financial models.

At least 4-5 years of experience with:
- Finance
- Leading a finance/accounting team
- M&A
- Financial modeling
Nice to have:
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environment
- CPA
