We are a large manufacturing company that manufactures components involving specialized alloys, castings, injection, and aluminum. We use advanced investment casting technology, which demands precise dimensional control. We are looking for a Director of Operations Manager to join our team who has extensive experience working in operations and some P&L experience.

Must haves:

- 20+ years of experience in Operations

- 2+ years of experience as a Director of Operations

- 20+ years of experience in Manufacturing

- Experience with quality

- Overseen teams of 150+

Pluses:

- Aerospace, Defense, injection molding
