Director of Preconstruction
Position Overview
Exciting and rare opportunity to join a newer venture and be the first preconstruction hire to lead efforts in estimating and preconstruction for ground up, multifamily and commercial builds for an owner/developer. The team is fresh coming out of some of the top GCs and owner/developers in the US, looking to bring likeminded individuals to build something special, a place you're excited to work with less red tape. Most projects will be in the $50M+ range, woodframe, wraps, podiums, and commercial builds.
