We are a commercial construction company with a well-established electrical division. We are actively looking for an experienced Electrical Field Supervisor to join our team in Sarasota, FL!
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial electrical field background with experience on projects $100k-$3M. This role is full time with travel to all jobsites.
For the right candidate, this role will prepare you to move into the Director of Field Operations role.

What you'll be doing:
- Oversee & coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently & to specs
- Supervise all jobsites as required
- Collaborate with clients, contractors & other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress & make adjustments as necessary to meet timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
What you need:
- 5+ years field experience (Electrician, Superintendent, Supervisor, etc.)
- Licensed Electrician (preferred)
- Experience with variety of commercial projects
- Experience with projects $100k+
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems & construction knowledge
- Ability to supervisor multiple projects at the same time
- Effective organization & communication skills
- Ability to read & interpret construction plans & specs
- Ability to travel to all jobsites consistently
