We are a Scottsdale based multifamily/residential developer that is growing quickly. We are actively looking for two Electrical Journeyman/Foreman to join our team.
Ideal candidate will have electrical license/qualifying party test (not required). Must have commercial experience with concrete & steel construction.

What you'll be doing:
- Read & interpret blueprints & other technical drawings to plan & coordinate electrical installations
- Collab with PM's, contractors & clients to ensure timeline & project goals are met
- Install, maintain & repair electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations & industry standards
- Maintain accurate records & documentation of project progress, materials used & labor costs
What you need:
- 5+ years experience as Electrical Journeyman/Foreman
- Electrician license (preferred)
- Experience with multifamily & residential electrical work
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
