Position: Superintendent
Location: Denver, CO
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000

We are looking for experienced electrical superintendents to join our team and contribute to a top-level organization. If you have over 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction as a superintendent or similar role, let's connect.
Responsibilities
Monitor the quality of electrical installations and systems.
Assist project manager with schedule preparation.
Ensure the schedule is maintained and changed when necessary.
Allocate resources effectively.
Properly document projects and ensure corrective measures are deployed when necessary.
Train and mentor field personnel.
Ensure time cards are accurate.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associates degree or higher preferred.
5+ years of electrical construction experience.
Ability to supervise and guide groups according to project specifications.
Ability to make complex decisions independently.
Knowledge of electrical principals and safety practices.
Electrical certifications/licenses are a plus.
