Job Title: ERP and BI Developer
Location: Hammond, IN
Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + 401k matching
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Business Intelligence (BI) Systems Developer and Analyst with extensive expertise in ERP configuration, development, and customization, particularly with ROSS ERP or similar Tier 3 ERPs. This role involves designing and implementing BI solutions while optimizing ERP systems to ensure seamless integration and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both BI and ERP systems, the ability to analyze complex data, provide actionable insights, and lead ERP system enhancements. An MBA is preferred but not required for candidates with 10+ years of ERP system experience.
