Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate and competitive estimates.
-Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure estimates align with project goals and budget constraints.
-Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities within project scopes.
-Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
-Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and timelines for project proposals.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies in sports construction.
Qualifications:
-At least 3+ years of estimating experience with sports construction or related civil projects
-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering preferred but not required.
-Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
