Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Field Safety Technician with a background in Construction/Excavation to join our team. Responsibilities:
Perform safety inspections at job sites to ensure compliance.
Conduct follow-up inspections to verify that corrective actions have been implemented.
Carry out audits for construction projects.
Promote and foster our safety culture.
Investigate incidents and complete the associated reports.
Lead safety meetings and Job Hazard Analyses.
Identify potential hazards and provide assistance in mitigation.
Deliver basic safety training.
Maintain records of training and compliance.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Schedule training sessions and equipment maintenance.
Analyze data for safety performance.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in construction or excavation.
Highly organized and self-motivated.
Knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations.
Valid driver's license required.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate professionally and deliver presentations effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
10-hour/30-hour OSHA certification preferred.
