We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team!
Responsibilities:
On-site service/field support including troubleshooting, burner air: fuel ratio tuning, safety evaluations all while delivering an exceptional customer experience (from your first service to your last!)
Assembly and installation of burner management control panels and fuel trains.
Effectively collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding the customer's technical support needs
Design/engineering of new systems or system upgrades which will improve safety, efficiency and product quality.
Additional duties as assigned such as working in the shop and office as needed.
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in engineering. ( EE, ME, MET ) Associate's degree is acceptable.
Electrical knowledge - able to follow electrical schematics, basic electricity, power wiring.
Strong mechanical ability - knowledge of any mechanical machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance; you may not be a master but you're on!
Experience with electrical and mechanical drawings.
Industrial certifications and training a plus!
You exhibit stellar math, troubleshooting, organizational & general computer skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
