We are looking for a Field Superintendent to join our team!
Description:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a construction site. Responsibilities include:
Project management: Overseeing the project from start to finish, ensuring it's completed on time and within budget
Safety: Ensuring the safety of workers and visitors, and that the site complies with safety regulations
Quality control: Implementing quality control programs to maintain high standards
Resource management: Managing the budget, logistics, and resources, including labor, equipment, and materials
Communication: Providing regular updates to senior management, and communicating with contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors
Coordination: Coordinating the efforts of various contractors, and working with project teams
Requirements:
3+ years of Millwork experience - Commercial and architectural
Foot on the ground experience / field experience with major general contractor
Participation in large size project (ideally 2M$ and +)
Proactivity / Problem Solving
Quality conscious
Mobility Needs
South Florida location is preferred
A project last between 12-24 months
If employee is not local, we rent an apartment near the project site for its comfort
We never know in which city our next project will be
Employees have flexibility to travel back home frequently (frequency to be determined based on home location vs site location)
