Title: Founding Product Designer (Mobile experience needed)

Location: Remote (MUST BE PST)

Salary: Up to $185k DOE

We are the cutting edge platform that uses Gen AI to personalize steps to augment productivity. We're building a first of it's kind Culture Operating System that will foster better teams and exceptional performance.

We're seeking a Sr. Product Designer who will help shape our platform by enhancing and creating new features for our clients to create a system of record for better organization, actionable results, and ways to optimize teams performance

What You Need for this Position

-5+ years of experience of UX/UI design, preferably within a tech or startup environment

-Proven UX experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to understand and solve complex problems.

-Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.

Conduct in-depth user research and testing to derive

insights that inform design decisions, ensuring that the user

experience is intuitive and efficient.

-Create visually stunning and high-quality user interfaces

and experiences through thoughtful design and

prototyping, elevating the overall usability of our product.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product

management, development teams, sales, and executive

leadership to ensure a seamless end-to-end user

experience.

-Guarantee a consistent user experience across various

platforms and devices, adhering to design systems, style

guides, and pattern libraries.

-Contribute to the design vision and strategy of the company

and product, and ensure that design decisions align with the

overall goals and objectives.

-Help grow our first design Team
