HVAC Service Manager
Position Overview:
The HVAC Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HVAC service department, including scheduling, billing, customer service, and maintenance. This role will ensure that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and that customer expectations are exceeded. The HVAC Service Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring staff, ensuring adherence to all safety and regulatory requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the HVAC service department
- Schedule HVAC service and maintenance calls
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing processes
- Work with customers to ensure timely response to service requests and customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor HVAC service staff
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher in HVAC/Sheet Metal or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC service and/or management
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, SalesForce, and/or Service Coordinator
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, and foster a safe work environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
