Job Title: Junior Estimator

Location: North Attleboro, MA

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

My client is a contractor based in North Attleboro, who has been in business for over 25 years. They are one of the top restoration companies on the East Coast and are looking for two junior estimators to join their team. The ideal candidate will have estimating experience with concrete or historic restoration, if that sounds like you, let's connect!

Responsibilities:

Prepare budgets, conceptual estimates, and detail estimates for projects of varying size & complexity.
Use labor, materials, equipment, and more to accurately produce estimates.
Research prior estimating data to better understand process and accuracy.
Hand off estimates to team or subcontractors.
Keep up to date on changes in trends and methods of construction and materials.
Participate in progress meetings and client presentations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or at least one year of estimating experience, preferably in restoration.
Proficient with Microsoft office suite and estimating software's.
Willingness to learn and develop a variety of skills.
