Position Overview:
As a Superintendent for a large, three-phase ground-up Senior Living project, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes, particularly in the areas of senior living, affordable housing, and multi-family projects. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Superintendent and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. The Lead Superintendent will also provide guidance and support to the construction team, ensuring the project is completed to the highest standards of quality.
