Who You Are:
Administrative Experience within a Law Firm
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficient in using document management systems and other office software
Attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to transcribe dictations accurately and efficiently
Familiarity with legal terminology and contract documents is a plus
Previous experience in a legal setting or as a legal assistant is preferred
What You Will Be Doing?
Assist attorneys with document management, including organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files
Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain databases
Provide clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence
Answer phone calls and take messages with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
