Title: Lighting Controls Specialist

Location: Hybrid in the Baton Rouge, LA area with national travel as needed

Compensation: $60K-75K (DOE)

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Lighting Controls Specialist to support our projects in designing and implementing cutting-edge lighting control systems. This position involves setting up, operating, maintaining, and repairing stadium LED installations.

Key Responsibilities

Implement lighting control systems using DMX controls.
Collaborate with project managers and electrical engineers to integrate lighting controls into overall project designs.
Conduct site assessments to determine appropriate lighting solutions and controls for diverse settings.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical controls and lighting systems.
Provide technical support and training to clients and staff on lighting control systems and technologies.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in lighting and control systems.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in lighting controls, electrical systems, or a similar role.
Proficiency in DMX controls, LED lighting technologies, and electrical controls.
Willing/able to travel nationally as needed
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or related field preferred but not required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
