Litigation Paralegal

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to support our legal team in managing complex litigation cases, specifically in the area of personal injury. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in preparing for trials, conducting legal research, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents and pleadings for litigation cases
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law and statutes
Organize and maintain case files and documentation
Coordinate the discovery process, including document production and interrogatories
Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
Prepare trial notebooks and assist in trial preparations
Maintain calendars and deadlines for litigation-related tasks

Qualifications

Associates/Bachelors degree or Paralegal Certificate (this role is also open to JD candidates looking to be promoted into practicing attorney in the future).
1+ year of experience in litigation, with a focus on personal injury cases
Strong understanding of litigation processes and legal terminology
Strong written and verbal communication skills
