This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Luxury Residential Superintendent to join a well-established team in a high-end residential building. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all construction and maintenance activities on the premises, from planning and budgeting to completion of projects. This person must be able to work independently and demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Position Overview
The Luxury Residential Superintendent will be responsible for the complete oversight of all construction and maintenance activities within the building. This includes managing subcontractors and vendors, budgeting and resource planning, overseeing the quality of work and ensuring construction projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the management team to develop and implement construction and maintenance plans
Manage all subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
Monitor and inspect the quality of work throughout the construction process
Coordinate with local authorities to ensure all building codes are met
Develop and manage budgets and other resources related to construction and maintenance
Maintain accurate records of all construction and maintenance activities
Oversee and monitor safety procedures on the premises
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in a residential building
Knowledge of building codes, construction practices and safety protocols
Ability to monitor and inspect the quality of work
Strong project management, leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage resources efficiently and work independently
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
