We have been in business for 40+ years and are one of the leading providers in our niche space. We are actively looking to hire a Maintenance Manager who has experience in the Food and Beverage industry and looking for an established team that can offer growth!

What You Need for this Position
What You Will Be Doing
Manages the Maintenance Department by supervising daily work and schedules as well as capital projects and PM (Preventive Maintenance program). Provides technical support by training and troubleshooting to maintenance and manufacturing personnel.
Job Duties
Provides technical support by training and troubleshooting to maintenance and manufacturing personnel.
Insures that all company policies and procedures, including GMPs, Food Safety and Quality requirements are followed.
Interprets operational manuals, manufacturer's specifications, blueprints and schematics for manufacturing and ancillary equipment.
Provides guidance and shares knowledge electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, machining and fabrication.
Assigns and supervises work schedules of all department personnel.
Reviews employee records pertaining to vacations, absenteeism, etc.
Manages capital authorizations when assigned by Plant Manager
