Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Lafayette, LA - ON-SITE
Salary: $65,000-$90,000 - Depending on Experience
Requirements: 3+ Years as a Maintenance Supervisor/Senior Tech, PLC, HMI, CMMS, OSHA, Food Manufacturing Machinery experience, preventative maintenance, 480v/three-phase, troubleshooting Electrical/Mechanical issues

What You Will Be Doing:
Directs workers in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
Assists workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment
Directs workers engaged in dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial machinery
Enforces company policies and safety regulations for all employees
Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules
Suggests changes in work conditions and schedules to increase efficiency of ship, department, or work crew
Leads team in ordinance with OSHA regulations and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance.
What You Need For This Role:
5+ years in Maintenance and 2+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor or higher
Food Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred, but experience with high volume machinery
Experience with PLC's, HMI's, CMMS, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
Controls, motors, gearboxes, chillers, boilers all preferred
OSHA, Safety Procedres, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Lean/Six-Sigma experience highly desired
Ability to lead, train, and mentor Maintenance Technicians
