As a Medicare Claims Examiner, you are experienced in working for an Insurance Third Party Administrator (TPA) or Insurance Carrier having dealt with the full claim life cycle from open to close. You will be in an "onsite" role reporting to the office location in the north of downtown Atlanta. You're familiar with managing, litigating, and adjusting specializing in Medicare supplement claims. You have knowledge of the various Medicare coding systems such as: ICD, EOBs, CPT & ICD-10 codes, HCFAs, UB04s and HCPCS. You also have knowledge of CMS requirements. You are the go to person investigating claims in full detail retrieving all the data necessary having excellent technical writing skills. You will consult with underwriters of their liability of the Insurance Policies, while making sure the claims get settled in a timely manner.
