Our ideal applicant will have 10+ years of Operations Manager expertise and experience providing leadership cross functionally around the Plant. This role will enhance manufacturing operations by spearheading targeted projects aimed at increasing throughput, decreasing inventory, and lowering operating expenses. The position will focus on cutting labor costs through the implementation of cellular manufacturing techniques and the development of new or improved methods and equipment. The ideal candidate will apply standard practices and techniques, adjust and analyze data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. Responsibilities also include documenting work, preparing technical notes, reports, and other relevant documents, and establishing necessary customer contacts, both internal and external.
Must haves:
- 10+ years of experience in Operations Manager
- Experience overseeing a team of 300 people
- Experience with large plant revenue of $250M
- 10+ years of experience with manufacturing environment
- Bach in Business or Manufacturing
