Leading Customer Engagements for Large Oracle HCM implementations
Oracle Cloud Consulting and functional implementation
Configuration of Oracle Cloud Modules - specifically HCM / Human Capital Management
Managing and delegating critical project milestones and customer updates
Configuration of Oracle Modules - and updating previous Oracle Versions from Peoplesoft or EBS to Oracle Cloud HCM
Working w/ customers to ensure proper configuration to make sure our solution perfectly align w/ their workflows and meet the business reqs.
- Strong Oracle Cloud Engagement Experience
- Strong Oracle HCM / Human Capital Management + Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- Ability to meet with customers, gather information and provide appropriate solutions that will meet our customers needs
- Deep understanding of Oracle Applications and engagements
- Proven experience leading both onshore + offshore teams
The following is a plus:
Computer Science background
Experience w/ other Oracle Integrated Cloud Applications
Excellent Base salary $150-$220k depending on experience
