Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal specializing in Tax Law to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in various legal tasks related to tax regulations, compliance, and litigation, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of all responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in preparing tax-related legal documents and filings
Conduct research on tax laws, regulations, and case law
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are complete and up to date
Prepare summaries of legal documents and evidence for case preparation
Communicate with clients, tax authorities, and other parties to gather information and resolve issues
Assist in litigation processes, including discovery and trial preparation
Stay updated on changes in tax law and regulations that may impact cases

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Paralegal Certificate preferred
Proven experience as a Paralegal, preferably in Tax Law
Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures related to tax
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Familiarity with tax regulations, compliance, and litigation processes is a plus
