Title: Plant Manager
Location: New Iberia, LA
Salary: $170,000 - $190,000

This is a FULL-TIME position, working in our New Iberia, LA plants.
We have been in business for over 160 years and have over 1,000 employees! We are currently doing well. Over the last 2 years, we have increased our headcount by 12% in our engineering group.
We are seeking a Plant Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of our plant operations. The Plant Manager will be responsible for developing and executing plans to create the most efficient and successful production environment. This position requires an individual with knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles, manufacturing engineering, plant layout, and material flow. The Plant Manager will also manage a team of personnel in order to ensure production goals are met.
Position Overview: The Plant Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the plant. They will work closely with the Production Manager and other department managers to develop and implement plans to ensure a safe, efficient, and cost-effective production environment.
