We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Electrical PO Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of purchase orders related to electrical components and equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Generate, review, and process purchase orders for electrical materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records of purchase transactions, including pricing, quantities, and delivery dates.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of purchase orders and invoices.
• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to purchase orders and deliveries.
• Generate reports and provide insights into purchasing trends and expenses
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the electrical industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
