We are a leader in the development and production of cosmetics, skin care, hair care and Bath & body products. With operations all over the globe, we are growing fast so our headquarters in West Plam Beach is hiring a Production Line Lead.

Responsibilities:

The Production Line Lead with be responsible for coordination and supervising production team, ensuring manufacturing processes run smoothly and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Supervise Production Line
Lead a team of production workers, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the production line
Manage 4-6 production lines
Report daily production activities to the Production Manager
Identify and resolve issues that arise during the production process to minimize downtime

Must Have Skills:

1+ years of manufacturing industry experience specifically overseeing production lines
Knowledge of production processes, equipment and materials
Ability to lead a production team
Great communication skills
Ability to work overtime as needed

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Cosmetics/Skincare industry
Billingual in Spanish
Experience with Redzone software
