We are a well-established concrete construction contractor based out of Charlotte, NC. We specialize in commercial & residential projects.
Due to growth & demand, we're currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team. Concrete experience is not required but it's highly preferred. *Must have subcontractor experience.
Responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinate schedule, material & equipment
- Manage RFI's, change orders, reports
- Manage budget, contracts, cost
- Ensure specifications, building codes, safety plans are met
- Direct point of contact and main role in customer relationship
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers and consultants
- 5+ years Project Management experience with subcontractor
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
- Concrete experience preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects
- Effective communication & leadership skills
- Efficiency in Microsoft Office & Timberline or PlanSwift
