Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee projects from conception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all projects are successful.
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful completion of projects. This includes managing project teams, developing project plans, overseeing the implementation of projects, and managing client relationships. The Project Manager will ensure that all projects are completed on time and on budget, while meeting all client objectives. The Project Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing methods to improve the efficiency of the projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, implementation and completion of projects
Develop and maintain project plans
Manage project teams and ensure they are aware of their responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met
Resolve any project issues and mitigate risks
Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
Implement processes to improve the efficiency of the projects
Monitor and assess quality assurance for all projects
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering, construction, project management or related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager
Knowledge of project management best practices
Strong mechanical knowledge
Experience in construction, offices, airport, retail, new construction, commercial, hotels, residential, HVAC, plumbing, piping, tenant improvement, warehouses, OSHPD, healthcare, higher education, K-12, senior living, labs, hospitals, or ground-up construction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
