In order to supervise project planning, execution, and successful completion, the project manager is essential. Strong leadership, technical know-how, project management savvy, and outstanding people skills are all necessary for this versatile role. The perfect applicant is extremely well-organized, flexible, and knowledgeable with project management software like Microsoft Teams and MS Project. Working closely with a variety of project teams, the project manager will assess progress, put solutions into place, and communicate with stakeholders in an efficient manner. The main goal is to stay on the cutting edge of industry best practices while achieving project efficiency and deliverables within budget.
-5+ years of Project Management
-Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field
-MS Project, Bluebeam or Team Foundation Server is a must
-Bi-Lingual is a plus
-Experience working as a GC
-$115k - $150k (DOE)
