Project Manager

Position Overview
We are known for our specialty in wet utilities installation projects including but not limited to storm drain, irrigation pipelines, sewer, and storm drain pipelines. Our portfolio is growing and we are seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Sacramento, CA. In this role you will oversee and coordinate various underground utility projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage underground utility projects including water, sewer, and storm drain installations.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors and oversee their performance on-site.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management in heavy civil construction or underground utilities
Experience with project management software
Strong knowledge of underground utilities, water, sewer, and storm drain systems preferred
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
