Title: Land Development Project Manager

Pay: 110k-125k

We are a well-established GC based out of the Phoenix area, we are looking for a Land Development Project Manager to join our team and oversee land development projects prior to construction.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Land Development to oversee and manage various land development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to all regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Conduct procurement processes for necessary materials and services, negotiating contracts as required.
Ensure compliance with all relevant zoning laws, regulations, and environmental policies.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting key developments and potential challenges.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in project management, specifically within land development.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract negotiation.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
