Position Overview:
The entire operational and financial performance of the projects that are allocated to the project manager is their responsibility. They collaborate with the general superintendent to plan and organize project finances, resources, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Download, review plans & specifications and scope for all items
Request quotations for subs, materials, bonds and insurance
Quantity take-off, risk assessment and pricing
Site visits and photos
Attend all meetings (ie: pre-bid, pre-construction, progress)
Prepare and update project schedules
Maintain job cost and productivity
Maintain project documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field,
5 years experience in construction estimating (HCSS preferred) and project management,
Proficient in Microsoft products, strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
PE preferred but not required.
