Quality Engineer I
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop processes, systems, and procedures for ensuring product quality.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality.
- Maintain and update ERP systems and records related to product quality.
- Analyze and investigate customer complaints related to product quality.
- Carry out laboratory tests, in process and final inspections, and non-destructive testing to ensure product quality standards.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving product quality processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, such as ASME, ISO, and CWB.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Quality Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of Quality systems, such as Six Sigma and High Performance Computing.
- Experience in metal fabrication and non-destructive testing.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Competitive Base Salary - $85K - $105K
